Intern. We’ve all heard the term and the majority of us have been one before, but what it’s like to be an intern at Indie Pool is an experience like no other. Either you’re reading this because you’re as curious as I was about applying for an internship at Indie Pool, or you’ve been an intern here before and you’re looking for something to nod your head at and relate to. If you’re as determined as I was to get this internship, you’re already half way there. However, I’m not here to give you a step by step guide on how to become the best intern possible. That’s left for you to discover. Everyone’s experience as an Intern here is different, but there are a couple things that are definite.

2011 is drawing to a close, so it’s time to tally the results and find out what the Indie Pool crew has been listening to this year.
Our list is a little different than some, as we don’t follow the rule that albums on this list must have been released in 2011, instead we ask everyone which records they have been listening to and digging the most this year.
After plenty of arguments and some terribly complicated mathematical equations, we present the combined Indie Pool Staff Top 10 list of 2011.
