We offer digital distribution, physical manufacturing, and adjacent services such as graphic design and mastering. Our terms are fair and transparent because they should be, and we want them to be.

Which platforms do you deliver to?
We deliver digital service providers (DSPs) all over the world. You can find a full list of available DSPs here.
How much does it cost to distribute my music?
There are no upfront or recurring fees to distribute your music.
Do you take a percentage of my earnings?
Indie Pool receives 10% of your net revenue from retail platforms. You keep the remaining 90% of your earnings.
Can I sell my music somewhere else?
You’re free to sell your content on any platform where Indie Pool doesn’t already distribute. This includes Bandcamp, SoundCloud, or your own personal website. If you’re unsure of a potential conflict, please reach out to confirm.
Can I switch from my current distributor to Indie Pool?
Our terms and system are intended for new releases only. Reach out directly if you’re considering switching distributors.
How long until my release is live on retail platforms?
Once a release is created and approved for distribution, it takes approximately 1-2 weeks until it’s live on DSPs. If you choose a specific release date, your release will not go live until that day—regardless of when retail platforms receive your content.
How do I get paid?
We pay our clients via PayPal. Connect your PayPal account to Indie Pool by heading to Account > Payout Preferences.
Can I get paid another way?
At this time, Indie Pool only pays clients via PayPal.
How fast can you turn around vinyl/CDs/merch/apparel?
Timelines vary depending on your needs. Contact us directly and we’ll find a solution that works for you.
